Bloom's Depth of Knowledge |
How do you learn? |
Tactile, Auditory, or VisualIt is scientifically proven that students learn in a variety of ways, different rates, and have a variety of skills. This page is created with the intention to promote/increase the learning of all students. Higher ed students will be challenged to create YouTube videos, tutorials, posts, etc.. These videos will be created to help other students obtain the material, whether they are struggling on a particular course standard, or even missed a day of school.
Tactile or kinesthetic learners are those who learn through experiencing or doing things. Visual or spatial learners are those who learn things best through seeing them. Visual learners often prefer to sit in the front of the class and "watch" the lecture closely. Often, these students will find that confusing information makes more sense when it is explained with the aid of a chart or picture. Auditory learners absorb information best through the sense of hearing. |
